Job summary

Nub News is seeking an ambitious Commercial Insurance Account Executive in Warwick to drive client-facing sales across SME and Mid-Market clients. You will identify opportunities, advise on insurance requirements, and build long-term relationships to generate repeat business.

With a base salary of £30,000–£40,000 and an uncapped commission scheme, you can significantly increase earnings. Full Dip CII support and a strong colleague network support your career progression.

Qualifications

• Two years' commercial insurance broking or insurance sales experience.
• Knowledge of Property, Liability, Professional Indemnity and Commercial Combined policies.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and advise clients on insurance requirements for SME and Mid-Market clients.
• Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Handle premiums across a broad range of commercial lines and support clients through the renewal cycle.
