Job summary

CKB Recruitment Ltd is working with a growing independent commercial insurance broker recruiting an Account Executive in Warwick. You’ll deal with SME and Mid-Market clients, advising on insurance solutions and building lasting relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

The role offers a basic salary of £30,000–£40,000 plus uncapped commission (25–50%), full Dip CII study support, a pension, 20 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, and clear career progression within a meritocratic,

Qualifications

• Two years' commercial insurance broking or sales experience.
• Knowledge of Property, Liability, Professional Indemnity and Commercial Combined policies.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive and sales-driven approach.
• A desire to develop professionally and build a successful long-term career within insurance.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities, advise clients on insurance requirements and build long-term relationships.
