You will drive new business with commercial clients, assess needs and present suitable insurance solutions, while managing your pipeline and maintaining compliant client records. A Chartered broker background supports long-term growth and success.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in insurance or a sales environment.
• Natural communicator, confident on the phone and with people.
• Driven, ambitious and motivated by results.
• Eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Building your own desk through proactive client engagement and new business development.
• Speaking with commercial clients, understanding their needs and presenting the right solutions.
• Managing your pipeline and following up on enquiries to convert new business.
• Working closely with experienced handlers and executives to develop your technical knowledge.
• Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance throughout.
