Job summary

Arbuthnot Latham in the United Kingdom is seeking a Growth - Junior Product & Proposition Manager for a 12-month internal secondment. You will support governance and development across banking, treasury, lending and wealth management products for private and commercial clients.

In this role you will focus on customer outcomes, regulatory compliance, and data-driven insights to inform product decisions and successful go-to-market activities within a private banking context.

Qualifications

• Experience in a related role within financial services.
• Awareness of the regulatory environment (e.g. Consumer Duty).
• Strong collaboration and team work skills.
• Good analytical ability and data analysis skills.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Highly organised, able to prioritise and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Assist Product & Proposition Managers to identify opportunities to enhance products and propositions.
• Obtain client insights and conduct research to understand client needs and analyse competitors.
• Support the preparation of business cases for new or changed products and for decommissioning.
• Coordinate Governance Committee meetings and maintain the product register.
• Lead or participate in projects, and build relationships with stakeholders to enable collaboration.
• Assist with designing client journeys and operational procedures to support product distribution.
• Perform governance activities including product testing and fair value assessments.
• Assist in coordinating product launches and post-implementation reviews.
• Develop MI and reporting to evidence and monitor client outcomes.
• Proactively monitor MI/data reports and identify indicators of client harm.
