Faerch Group in Ely seeks a senior Customer Service and Internal Sales professional to drive collaboration with customers, maintain daily contact and build strong relationships. You will lead CRM adoption, support quotations and regulatory compliance, and ensure accurate order processing across systems.

Focusing on data integrity, stock planning and cross-functional coordination, you will enable smooth product launches, monitor forecasts, and maintain high service levels for peak periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales coordination.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data hygiene.
• Ability to manage relationships with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive cooperation between Faerch and customers with regular contact.
• Ensure CRM best practices and timely quotations and approvals.
