We're looking for a confident and motivated Internal Sales Executive to join their busy sales office and help drive continued growth. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales enquiries and proactively contact existing customers to maximise sales opportunities
• Provide accurate product information, pricing and availability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service at all times
• Process orders efficiently and liaise with warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities across the product range
• Maintain CRM records, customer notes and sales activity logs
• Support the wider sales team with quotations, follow-ups and general administrative tasks

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience in internal sales, telesales or customer service
• Confident communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple enquiries
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders
• A proactive approach with the ability to spot opportunities and close deals
• Experience within automotive or wholesale sectors is beneficial but not essential
