Options Resourcing Ltd is assisting an established specialist supplier to the engineering, construction and trade sectors in Birmingham to recruit an Internal Salesperson. You will handle customer enquiries from initial contact to quotation and order, building lasting relationships and driving sales.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in internal sales or sales administration in a customer-focused environment.
• Experience within engineering, construction or trade sectors is advantageous.
• Knowledge of fasteners/fixings is a plus but not essential.

Aufgaben

• Handle incoming telephone calls and email sales enquiries.
• Prepare quotations and process orders.
• Provide customers with product advice and practical solutions.
• Follow up quotations and maximise sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Manage and develop larger customer accounts.
