Job summary

Unified Support is seeking an Internal Sales Executive to provide high-quality operational support to Audio-Visual Integrator customers and internal teams. This office-based role requires living within a short commute of Maidenhead and owning the internal sales process to ensure timely order delivery.

You will handle sales orders, data accuracy, procurement coordination, and invoicing in collaboration with project managers and finance.

Qualifications

• Experience processing sales orders and ensuring alignment with forecast figures.
• Attention to data accuracy in orders and invoices.
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams.
• Experience negotiating terms with suppliers/vendors.
• Experience coordinating procurement across UK and overseas suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Create and process sales orders in alignment with forecast figures within ConnectWise.
• Check data accuracy in ConnectWise orders and invoices.
• Ensure sales targets are met and report deviations.
• Expedite rush orders and adjust orders and shipping data as needed.
• Acknowledge customer orders received by email and process them.
• Manage customer-supplied equipment and enter lead times/POs in CRM.
• Handle email monitoring and communication with customers.
• Process project changes and final invoicing with finance.
