Polypipe Building Products, part of the Genuit Group, seeks an Internal Sales Manager to lead Desk Based Account Managers at the Doncaster site. You will coach, guide and develop the DBAM team, drive sales growth, and strengthen customer relationships while delivering excellent customer experience across strategic accounts.

The role reports to the Sales Leadership Team and involves collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an internal sales, account management or customer-facing team.
• Strong leadership, coaching and performance management skills.
• Experience driving sales growth through proactive account management and customer engagement.
• Good understanding of CRM systems and using data to support commercial decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• The confidence to work effectively with frontline teams and senior stakeholders.
• Experience in construction, building products or similar B2B environment is advantageous.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM and sales reporting tools.

• Leading and developing the DBAM team to meet sales, retention and engagement targets.
