Job summary

Genuit Group plc is seeking an Internal Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of Desk Based Account Managers at the Doncaster site. You will coach the team to achieve sales, retention and customer engagement targets, while identifying new opportunities for growth and strengthening key customer relationships.

You will use CRM insights and market data to drive proactive engagement, work with senior stakeholders, and collaborate with Field Sales to maximise accounts and deliver sustainable sales

Qualifications

• Experience leading an internal sales or customer-facing team and driving performance.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of sales growth and customer retention.
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills with stakeholders.
• Ability to use data and CRM to inform decisions and actions.
• Organization, prioritization and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Desk Based Account Managers (DBAMs) to hit sales and retention targets.
• Build proactive customer engagement and strengthen relationships across accounts.
• Identify new opportunities and drive growth in collaboration with Field Sales.
• Embed CRM usage, data insights and reporting to improve performance.
• Support wider commercial initiatives and marketing campaigns.
