Job summary

Franklin Fitch, a leading cyber security specialist, seeks an experienced Sales Support Manager to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction in High Wycombe. You will lead and develop the internal sales team, collaborating with account managers and ensuring smooth customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in internal sales, sales support, or a customer-facing role.
• Previous experience mentoring or leading team members.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience in cyber security or managed services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the internal sales team to achieve high performance.
• Collaborate with Account Managers for accurate quotations and order processing.
• Ensure operational KPIs and revenue targets are met.
• Produce regular reports on team activity and operational performance.
