Franklin Fitch is a rapidly growing UK technology business seeking a Sales Manager to own the North West sales function. You will lead a team of BDMs and BDEs, driving new business and pipeline growth across MSP, Cyber Security, Cloud and wider IT sales.

The role focuses on building teams, developing people and winning new business, with uncapped commission, car allowance and genuine progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading B2B sales teams.
• Proven track record of developing salespeople and delivering new business growth.
• Experience in MSP/Managed Services/Cyber Security/Cloud or IT sales.
