Heidelberg Materials UK is seeking an energetic Internal Sales Representative to support the sales team across Aggregates and Asphalt. You will nurture relationships, identify new business opportunities and drive commercial success by working closely with Territory Sales Managers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Territory Sales Managers to maximise sales opportunities through volume, revenue, margin and product mix growth.
• Generate new business through outbound calling and structured sales activity.
• Develop and manage existing and prospective customer accounts, including cash and account customers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships.
• Create and maintain sales pipelines to support revenue growth.
• Use market intelligence and sales tools to identify opportunities.
• Develop direct-to-site opportunities and new routes to market.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and quotations.
