Job summary

Get Recruited UK Ltd in Manchester is seeking an Internal Sales Executive to build lasting client relationships, handle warm enquiries and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

You will develop tailored proposals, price services, and coordinate with Operations and Finance to ensure accurate pricing and viable solutions. The role involves meetings across various sectors, with uncapped commission and strong OTE potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a relationship-led B2B sales role (Internal Sales, Sales Exec, Account Manager or similar).
• Track record of developing customer relationships and identifying commercial opportunities.
• Consultative approach to understanding customer needs and recommending services.
• Confident in managing enquiries, preparing proposals and negotiating terms.
• Strong commercial awareness including costs, margins and contract values.
• Comfortable leading customer meetings with senior decision-makers.
• Strong organisation and diligent follow-up with customers.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage relationships and opportunities.
• Interest in AI and automation; previous use with research or proposals is advantageous.
• Experience in facilities management, contract cleaning or recurring services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customer contacts and senior decision-makers.
• Manage inbound enquiries and marketing-generated opportunities with a personalised experience.
• Conduct meetings and site visits to understand operations and service priorities.
• Identify opportunities to grow account value through additional services and referrals.
• Coordinate quotations, proposals, pricing and tender responses.
• Maintain regular contact and move opportunities forward with follow-ups.
• Discuss options and negotiate terms to support long-term partnerships.
• Align customer requirements with service delivery and pricing in collaboration with Operations/Finance.
• Coordinate handovers covering scope, pricing and mobilisation.
• Use AI tools to support research, proposals and admin.
