Get Recruited is recruiting a Sales Development Executive in Manchester. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, handling warm enquiries and growing account value through tailored facilities management and cleaning services.

You’ll work with AI tools and CRM systems to research clients, prepare proposals and drive revenue, aiming to exceed targets with uncapped commission and strong OTE potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a relationship-led B2B role.
• Track record of developing customer relationships and opportunities.
• Consultative approach to understanding customer needs.
• Confidence in managing inquiries, proposals and terms.
• Strong commercial awareness including costs, margins and contract values.
• Ability to lead customer meetings and build senior relationships.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage relationships and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customer contacts and senior decision-makers.
• Manage inbound enquiries and marketing-generated opportunities with a personalised experience.
• Conduct meetings and site visits to understand operations and priorities.
• Identify opportunities to grow account value through additional services and referrals.
• Coordinate tailored quotations, proposals and pricing models.
• Maintain regular contact, follow up on proposals and keep opportunities moving.
• Negotiate commercial terms to support long-term partnerships.
• Align customer requirements with service delivery and pricing with Ops/Finance.
• Coordinate handovers detailing scope, pricing and mobilisation.
• Use CRM to maintain records and forecasts.
• Utilise AI tools to assist research, proposals and admin.
• Aim to achieve sales, account development, revenue and gross profit targets.
