Get Recruited UK Ltd in Wythenshawe is seeking a Sales Development Executive to nurture relationships, manage warm enquiries and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. You’ll tailor proposals for facilities management and cleaning services, supported by AI tools and CRM.

You’ll meet clients across offices, manufacturing and retail, conduct site visits, price proposals and drive account development to hit targets.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in relationship-led B2B sales roles.
• Proven track record of developing customer relationships and identifying commercial opportunities.
• Consultative selling approach to understand customer needs.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage relationships and opportunities.
• Comfortable leading meetings and proposals with senior stakeholders.

• Build strong relationships with customer contacts and senior decision-makers.
• Manage inbound enquiries and marketing-generated opportunities with a personalised approach.
• Conduct customer meetings and site visits to understand operations and priorities.
• Identify opportunities to grow account value through additional services and referrals.
• Coordinate tailored quotations, proposals and pricing models.
• Maintain regular contact and move opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Negotiate commercial terms aligned with profitability and long-term partnerships.
• Align customer requirements with service delivery and pricing with Operations/Finance.
• Leverage CRM for accurate records and forecast opportunities.
• Utilise AI tools to support research, proposals and administration.
