Job summary

Get Recruited UK Ltd is seeking a Commercial Sales Manager in Wythenshawe to build lasting client relationships and manage inbound activity. You will tailor proposals, coordinate pricing, and drive account development across commercial offices, manufacturing, education, and retail sectors.

You’ll work with AI-enabled tools and CRM systems to research opportunities, prepare proposals, and maintain accurate forecasts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a relationship-led B2B role.
• Track record of developing customer relationships and identifying commercial opportunities.
• Consultative approach to understanding customer needs and recommending services.
• Strong commercial awareness including costs, margins and contract values.
• Confident in leading customer meetings with senior decision-makers.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage relationships and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customer contacts and senior decision-makers.
• Manage inbound enquiries and marketing-generated opportunities with a responsive, personalised experience.
• Conduct customer meetings and site visits to understand operations and priorities.
• Identify opportunities to grow account value through additional services and referrals.
• Coordinate tailored quotations, proposals, pricing models and selected tender responses.
• Maintain regular contact with customers and follow up on proposals.
