BPX Electro Mechanical Co. Ltd is seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join the Leicester branch. You will handle customer enquiries, liaise with suppliers and ensure top-notch service, building lasting customer relationships and driving sales performance.

The role involves proactive outreach, accurate quotations, order processing and CRM maintenance, with training provided and opportunities for progression within a friendly team.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling customer enquiries and liaison with suppliers to provide high levels of service.
• Proactive call activity to qualify prospects and close sales to meet targets.
• Accurate processing of quotations and sales orders in in-house systems.
• Timely administration of quotations using dedicated software.
• Maintaining up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
• Support and feedback to the sales team on new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming enquiries to sell and support the product range.
• Proactively make outgoing calls to qualify prospects and close sales.
