BPX Electro Mechanical Co. Ltd in Cambridgeshire is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive sales growth across new and existing accounts in a consultative, automation-focused role. This is a full-time position based in Snailwell, England.

You will build strong relationships with customers and manufacturers, support marketing campaigns, and continuously develop your technical and commercial knowledge to strengthen customer outcomes and long-term account performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally with knowledge of the industrial distribution market.
• Ability to identify opportunities across new and existing accounts and partnerships.
• Understanding of relationships between manufacturers, distributors and customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales growth across both new and existing business within your defined geographical area.
• Build trust with customers and manufacturers and recommend solutions for automation challenges.
