BPX Electro Mechanical Co. Ltd is expanding its Leicester team and seeks a Business Development Executive to drive sales across the local area (LE7 7NL). You will identify opportunities, build strong customer connections, and work with manufacturers to deliver tailored automation solutions.

The role requires a proactive, high-energy approach, a willingness to learn, and collaboration within a busy, field-based team. Training and development are supported.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales within industrial distribution.
• Ability to build trust and develop relationships with customers and manufacturers.
• Consultative selling approach to deliver value.
• CRM experience and sales reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales growth by developing new and existing business in the defined geographical area.
• Build trust and develop relationships with customers, manufacturers, and colleagues to achieve win-win outcomes.
• Adopt a consultative approach to sales, presenting solutions that deliver value.
• Maintain a presence in the BPX branch and support marketing campaigns to increase product awareness.
• Commit to learning and training in both technical and non-technical areas.
