Dawsongroup EMC is seeking an Internal Sales Executive based in Brighouse to turn conversations into commercial opportunities. You will generate and qualify new leads, manage opportunities in our CRM, and collaborate with the Sales, Hire Desk and Fleet teams to convert opportunities into short-term hire business.

We welcome candidates with telesales or lead generation experience and provide product training, a supportive team, and opportunities for progression within a growing asset rental

Qualifications

• Previous experience in telesales or lead generation.
• Confident communicating with customers and developing relationships over the phone.
• Comfortable working towards sales targets while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Organised enough to manage multiple opportunities and keep CRM information accurate.
• Able to build strong working relationships with colleagues across Sales and Operations.

Responsabilités

• Generate and qualify new business leads through proactive prospecting and research.
• Use our CRM system to manage opportunities, maintain accurate records and keep sales activity moving.
• Build relationships with prospects, identify key decision makers and understand how they buy.
• Follow up enquiries and marketing campaigns, and arrange appointments for the wider Sales team.
• Work closely with Sales, Hire Desk and Fleet colleagues to help convert opportunities into short-term hire business.
