Job summary

Dawsongroup EMC is seeking an Internal Sales Executive based in Brighouse to generate and qualify new business leads, manage opportunities in our CRM, and convert conversations into commercial outcomes across municipal, plant and industrial assets.

You will engage with prospects, build relationships, and support the Sales team to achieve targets while training on our product range. This role offers progression and a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in telesales, lead generation or a similar sales environment.
• Confident communicating with customers and developing relationships over the phone.
• Comfortable working towards sales targets while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Organised enough to manage multiple opportunities and keep CRM information accurate.
• Able to build strong working relationships with colleagues across Sales and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new business leads through proactive prospecting and research.
• Use our CRM system to manage opportunities, maintain accurate records and keep sales activity moving.
• Build relationships with prospects, identify key decision makers and understand how they buy.
• Follow up enquiries and marketing campaigns, and arrange appointments for the wider Sales team.
• Work closely with Sales, Hire Desk and Fleet colleagues to help convert opportunities into short-term hire business.
