Job summary

KPI Recruiting Ltd is seeking an Internal Sales Executive for a permanent role in Winsford, working Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. Salary up to £30,000 depending on experience. Opportunity to develop toward a Technical Sales career with training and product knowledge development.

Responsibilities include handling inbound enquiries, quoting, CRM maintenance, upselling, and promotional support. Driving licence beneficial.

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone manner and confident communication with customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Proactive, positive attitude with genuine ambition to progress.
• Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
• Interest in technical products and a career path into Technical Sales.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Prepare accurate quotations and follow up to convert enquiries to orders.
• Resolve customer queries quickly and professionally.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage orders.
• Create stock codes, calculate pricing and manage discounts.
• Communicate delivery expectations and manage fulfillment.
• Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service.
• Prepare marketing materials and support promotional activities.
• Take card payments and process returns per procedures.
• Develop knowledge for progression into Technical Sales.
