Job summary

ST Selection in Winsford is seeking an Internal Sales Advisor. In this role you will bridge technical solutions and customer needs, advising on tailored recommendations and driving sales in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Hybrid working is available after initial training. You will engage with customers, prepare proposals with internal teams, document activities in Excel/Word, and stay informed on cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.

Qualifications

• Experience within an internal sales position.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to client engagement.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.

• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that highlight key features and benefits.
• Manage your time effectively to prioritise leads, follow-ups, and meetings while maintaining a high level of organisational skills.
