Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Speak with existing business customers by phone and email.
• Handle inbound enquiries and make outbound calls to introduce products/services.
• Help customers choose the right equipment for projects.
• Build long-term relationships with customers.
• Process hire orders and keep customers updated.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services.
• Work with a supportive team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Supply equipment to UK construction and infrastructure projects.
