Job summary

Rexel UK Ltd in Cheltenham is seeking an Internal Sales Person to manage existing accounts and develop new business, providing excellent sales service across phone, in-branch, and email channels.

You will build relationships with customers, grow your client portfolio, and support the branch team to meet targets while delivering reliable electrical solutions. This role offers learning opportunities and a path to subject-matter expertise within Rexel.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-focused sales roles.
• Comfortable with face-to-face and phone-based relationships.
• Ability to identify business opportunities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business to meet branch targets.
• Provide excellent sales service over phone, in-branch, and via email to drive customer loyalty.
• Be the first point of contact for key accounts and build rapport with clients.
• Support the wider branch team at the Trade Counter and in warehouse duties to ensure orders are fulfilled.
