TRS (Technical Recruitment Solutions) seeks an Internal Sales Executive / Trade Counter for its Coleshill branch near Birmingham. This is an office-based role handling trade customers, processing orders, coordinating deliveries and delivering excellent customer service.

You will also serve customers on the trade counter and work closely with the warehouse and broader branch team. Prior experience in trade/merchant/distribution/wholesale is ideal; HVAC know-how is not essential.

Leading HVAC distributor looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join their Coleshill branch.

This is a varied, office-based role where you'll support trade customers, process orders, coordinate deliveries, resolve any issues and provide excellent customer service. You'll also serve customers on the trade counter and work closely with the warehouse and wider branch team.

You'll ideally have experience in a trade, merchant, distribution or wholesale environment, whether that's in internal sales, customer service, trade counter or branch administration. HVAC experience isn't essential.

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
