Job summary

The Work Shop in Eastleigh is seeking an Internal Sales Executive to drive growth within our electrical distribution team. You will manage an existing portfolio, identify new business opportunities and provide expert product advice to customers.

This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, offering a salary up to £40,000 with profit share and healthcare. A strong electrical background and experience in internal sales or account management are essential.

• Previous internal sales, business development, or account management experience.
• A strong electrical background, with knowledge of electrical products and ideally experience working for an electrical wholesaler or distributor.
• Robust sales and negotiation skills, with a drive to close deals and generate business.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Well-structured and organised, able to prioritise work and manage time effectively.

Internal Sales Executive - Eastleigh - £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

Due to ambitious growth and expansion, an exciting opportunity has become available for a hungry Internal Sales Executive to join a well-established electrical distributor based in Chandler's Ford.

The Internal Sales Executive will join a fast-paced and ambitious business, providing exceptional pre and post-sales support to customers within the electrical sector. This role combines business development with account management, with the aim of driving business growth and strengthening customer relationships.

Candidates must have a background in the electrical industry, ideally with experience in electrical distribution, and possess a good understanding of electrical products and their applications.

Main Duties of the Internal Sales Executive:

The Internal Sales Executive role is an exciting full-time, permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 05:00 pm.

Our client offers an annual salary of up to £40K, depending on experience, plus a profit share bonus, healthcare cover and increased annual holiday entitlement with length of service.
