Job summary

Summit Systems Ltd is seeking a proactive salesperson to join The Pulse Team in Tamworth. You will develop allocated accounts, follow up leads and quotations, and secure PMV renewals with uncapped commission in addition to a £27,000 base salary.

You will own a sales pipeline, make regular outbound calls, and ensure accurate administration and order processing to deliver dependable service. The role offers a clear career path, a pension contribution, and extensive employee benefits including

Qualifications

• Evidence of achieving sales or renewal targets.
• Experience in internal sales, telesales, retention or renewals.
• Good attention to detail and confidence using customer systems.
• Experience with business customers or maintenance agreements would help.
• Willingness to learn about products and services.

Responsibilities

• Proactively call allocated customers and leads to generate orders.
• Follow up quotations and secure orders.
• Secure PMV renewals and reactivate dormant accounts.
• Coordinate procurement and technical input for quotations.
• Handle enquiries and complaints professionally and maintain records.
• Support order processing and shared inboxes.
