Based in West Bromwich, this full-time Internal Sales / Customer Service Administrator post pays £12.71 hourly through Pertemps Black Country Perms. The successful applicant supports clients across the entire order journey, answering enquiries by telephone, email and e-commerce platforms. Daily tasks involve processing requests and purchases on the in-house Navision system, alongside supplying internal sales support to Regional Sales Managers. Account management duties feature too, helping maintain strong commercial relationships. Candidates need previous experience in a similar customer-facing or internal sales setting, confident communication abilities, solid administrative skills and competence with computer systems. Working as part of a busy team, the role suits someone organised who enjoys direct client contact and varied responsibilities. The Role:

You will be responsible for supporting customers throughout the order process, providing excellent customer service and working closely with the internal sales team and wider business.

• Handling customer enquiries and requirements via telephone, email and e-commerce
• Processing customer enquiries and orders using the in-house Navision system
• Providing internal sales support to Regional Sales Managers
• Managing customer accounts and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Providing professional advice and assistance to customers
• Liaising with internal departments including Warehouse, Management and other group locations
• Ensuring customer enquiries and orders are dealt with accurately and efficiently

The Ideal Candidate:

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Internal Sales, Sales Administration or Account Management
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good IT skills, with Microsoft Office experience essential
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• The ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
• Experience using Navision would be advantageous, but is not essential

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
