Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking an organised Internal Sales Coordinator on a temporary basis with a view to a permanent role. The position is hybrid, with 60% office presence and 40% remote, and offers a salary between £28,000 and £29,500 per year.

The role involves supporting the sales team, coordinating orders, and maintaining CRM records. Ideal candidates will have experience in sales coordination, strong communication, and proficiency in CRM and MS Office, particularly Excel.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales coordination or a similar role is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional sales support to the sales team and assist in managing customer accounts.
• Coordinate sales orders and ensure timely processing and delivery of products.
• Liaise with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required.
• Collaborate closely with various departments to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
