Job summary

White Label Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Internal Sales Co-ordinator to join its engineering commercial team. You will handle customer enquiries from initial contact through to quotation and order, build relationships with existing customers and work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service.

The role suits someone with experience in internal sales, quotations, order processing or customer account management within engineering or industrial environments, with hybrid working after

Qualifications

• Experience dealing directly with customers within a commercial environment.
• Experience preparing quotations and/or processing orders.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Confidence managing your own workload and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• A proactive and commercially minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Handling incoming customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Preparing and issuing quotations.
• Proactively following up outstanding quotations and opportunities.
• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Managing customer requirements from initial enquiry through to order.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identifying opportunities to develop accounts and increase business.
• Providing product and technical information to customers.
• Liaising with internal departments on technical and commercial enquiries.
• Maintaining accurate customer, quotation and order information.
• Resolving customer queries and providing a high level of service.
• Supporting the wider internal sales and commercial team.
• Contributing to continuous improvement across the department.
