Cameron Clarke Associates t/a talent-finder is seeking an Internal Sales Coordinator in Grimethorpe to join a leading UK manufacturer supplying the construction sector. The role covers the full sales cycle from enquiries to delivery, with a strong emphasis on customer service.

You will handle quotations, follow up opportunities and coordinate orders with Production, Operations and Logistics, while building relationships and identifying upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused or administrative role.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confident communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
• Handle incoming sales calls and customer enquiries.
• Prepare accurate and competitive customer quotations.
• Follow up quotations and leads to maximise sales opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
• Process customer orders and maintain accurate information.
• Coordinate with Production, Operations and Logistics to manage orders.
• Update customers on order progress and delivery timescales.
• Respond to queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain customer and sales records; provide general sales support.
