Job summary

Martin Veasey Talent Solutions is recruiting an Internal Sales Administrator for a Gloucestershire-based, fully office-based role. You will manage high-volume order processing and support Account Managers across the order-to-delivery cycle.

The ideal candidate has experience with CRM/ERP/MRP systems, is highly accurate with data entry, and communicates proactively with Supply Chain and Production colleagues to ensure smooth delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales administration or order processing in a manufacturing/technical environment.
• Experience using CRM/ERP or MRP systems for order processing; Epicor experience welcomed.
• High accuracy with high-volume data entry and orders.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (intermediate or above).
• A proactive communicator liaising with Account Managers, Supply Chain and Production.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming customer orders accurately onto internal systems.
• Enter and maintain sales order information on internal systems including CRM.
• Ensure supply chain and production have clear visibility of material requirements.
• Support Account Managers with internal order status queries and handover from quotation to fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, amendments and cancellations.
• Identify discrepancies such as pricing errors or stock shortfalls and escalate.
• Produce regular order status and admin reports for Sales and Operations.
