Vibe Recruit is looking for an experienced Internal Sales Account Manager to join our Blackwood-based team in South Wales. You will manage key accounts, drive orders and quotations, and ensure timely delivery while pursuing profitability targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales, account management or similar roles.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of margins.
• Proactive, confident and solutions-focused approach.
• Good IT skills with CRM or sales order processing experience.
• Experience using Sage 200 is advantageous.
• Positive, professional and results-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing customers, acting as a key point of contact.
• Prepare and process customer quotations and sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure customer orders are delivered on time and in line with agreed service levels.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales, develop existing accounts and maximise profitability.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales information using Sage 200 and CRM systems.
• Monitor account performance, prepare reports and provide regular customer updates.
• Attend customer meetings and conference calls, resolving queries promptly and professionally.
• Work towards agreed sales targets, margins and customer service KPIs.

Internal Sales Account Manager

Location: Blackwood, South Wales

Salary: £27,000 per annum + Quarterly Company Performance Bonus

Hours: 39 hours per week

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
