Aaron Wallis Sales Recruitment is working with an established luxury interiors supplier to recruit an Internal Sales & Account Development Executive in Leeds city centre. This is a genuine sales role focused on outbound calls, building relationships with trade customers and generating revenue.

You will own a portfolio of existing customers, develop new opportunities, hit sales targets and earn uncapped commissions.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in telephone sales, internal sales, account management or business development.
• Proven ability to make outbound calls and generate sales opportunities.
• Confident, engaging and professional telephone manner.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to identify opportunities.
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Experience working towards targets and managing workload.
• Excellent organisation, follow-up and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Make regular outbound calls to existing, dormant and prospective customers.
• Build relationships with trade customers and identify opportunities to grow accounts.
• Proactively develop new business and introduce customers to relevant products.
• Follow up enquiries, quotations and potential sales opportunities.
• Support onboarding and development of new customer accounts.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer spend and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline.
• Work towards agreed sales targets and uncapped commission.
• Collaborate with colleagues across sales, marketing and customer service.
