Blue Arrow is seeking an Internal Sales Executive / Account Manager in Kent. You will manage 200+ live projects from enquiry to order, generate new business in designated areas, and build strong customer relationships while maintaining CRM records and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Internal Sales, Account Management or Business Development.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational and project management abilities.
• Proactive and resilient attitude with ability to handle high volume of work.
• Confident making outbound calls and developing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of 200+ live projects from enquiry through to order.
• Generate new business opportunities within designated postcode areas.
• Book high-quality appointments for the Specification Manager and support delivery.
• Convert quotations into orders and maximise project opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with Estimating, CAD and Customer Service teams.
