Job summary

Personnel Solutions (Midlands) Limited is seeking an Internal Sales Coordinator for a client in Alfreton. You will manage customer enquiries, coordinate quotations and maintain regular contact to support revenue growth for Day Services.

You will improve quotation conversion, strengthen customer retention and ensure effective utilisation of operational teams by providing clear data and close collaboration with sales and delivery colleagues.

Responsibilities

I am recruiting for an Internal Sales Coordinator for a Client in Alfreton.

This is a new opportunity within the business and one for someone to make their own.

The successful candidate will support the stability and growth of Day Services revenue by managing customer enquiries, coordinating quotations and maintaining regular contact with existing customers.

The role improves quotation conversion, strengthens customer retention, and helps ensure effective utilisation of operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Enquiries & Quotations

• Act as first point of contact for Day Services enquiries
• Prepare and issue quotations in line with agreed pricing structures
• Proactively follow up quotations to improve conversion rates
• Maintain clear records of enquiries, quotations and orders

Customer Retention

• Maintain regular contact with existing Day Services customers
• Support repeat business through consistent communication
• Identify opportunities for additional works within existing accounts

Pipeline Visibility

• Maintain accurate customer and quotation data within CRM
• Provide visibility of Day Services activity and forward workload
• Support improved forecasting and utilisation of technician teams

Internal Coordination

• Liaise with commercial and operations teams to ensure accurate information is captured
• Ensure customer requirements are communicated clearly to delivery teams
• Support consistent application of pricing and commercial process

Key Outcomes

• Improved Day Services quotation conversion
• Increased repeat business from existing customers
• Improved forward visibility of workload

Skills & Experience

• Experience in internal sales, sales support or customer service role
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Commercial awareness and customer focused approach
