New Leaf Search Ltd. is partnering with a specialist UK financial services organisation in its search for a Broker Manager.

Reading-based with hybrid work (2-3 days in the office), you will manage 20-30 Asset Finance broker relationships across Southern UK, predominantly supporting hard asset transactions. The role combines broker relationship management with credit submission preparation, pipeline management and transaction administration, acting as a key link between brokers and internal

Formación

• Asset Finance sales experience, ideally within a broker-facing role.
• Strong understanding of the broker market and Asset Finance sales process.
• Good financial and commercial awareness with the ability to understand financial accounts.
• Excellent administration and time management skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building capability.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of Asset Finance brokers.
• Act as a primary point of contact between brokers and Credit, Operations and Onboarding teams.
• Analyse and prepare credit submissions for approval.
• Manage the new business pipeline across the allocated broker panel.
• Prepare and progress administration and documentation relating to new business transactions.
• Evaluate financial accounts accurately and communicate credit decisions effectively.
• Build strong relationships across Sales, Credit and Operations.
• Maintain a good working knowledge of the assets being financed.
• Prioritise workload effectively while maintaining high standards of broker service.
• Represent the business at relevant customer, broker and industry events.
• Contribute to the wider sales team and achievement of business targets.
