Hastoe Housing Association Limited is seeking a recruitment professional to lead proactive candidate sourcing and build strong talent pipelines. You will partner with hiring managers to understand needs, attract top talent and ensure an exceptional recruitment experience.
The role entails end-to-end recruitment management via ATS, collaboration with HR and a hybrid working pattern with at least one day in the Hampton Wick office.

We are looking for someone who can combine hands-on recruitment experience with a proactive, organised and candidate-focused approach. You will have:
Annual Leave: Starting at 24 days, plus bank holidays and 1.5 days complimentary leave, along with the option to purchase additional leave.
Enhanced Pension: Hastoe's employer contributions start at 5% and are based on matching of your own contribution level, plus 2%, up to a maximum of 8% employer contribution.
