Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter for a temporary contract through Christmas in London. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and candidate care across a range of roles.

You will manage the full lifecycle, source via multiple channels, coordinate interviews, and support managers with best practices and onboarding documentation. Immediate start, hybrid working available.

Qualifications

• Previous in-house or agency recruitment experience.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and HR systems.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Teams.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, direct search and other recruitment channels.
• Screen applications and coordinate interviews and assessment activities.
• Support hiring managers with recruitment best practice and guidance.
• Prepare offers, contracts and onboarding documentation.
• Conduct pre-employment checks including right-to-work and qualification checks.
• Liaise with recruitment agencies and advertising providers where required.
• Ensure recruitment processes are compliant, inclusive and in line with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records on recruitment and HR systems.
• Support recruitment campaigns, talent attraction initiatives and employer branding activity.
• Assist with recruitment reporting and data analysis.
• Provide a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.

Internal Recruiter (Temporary Contract to Christmas) EC1 N, London Large Housing Organisation Immediate Start Temp role until Christmas Competitive hourly rate

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join a large housing organisation on a temporary basis through to Christmas. This is a busy, fast-paced recruitment role supporting managers with end-to-end recruitment and onboarding across a variety of positions.

Key Responsibilities
