Huntress Maidstone is seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter to support a large-scale call centre recruitment drive. The role focuses on managing high volumes of direct applications, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews, with initial contact as the first point of contact for candidates.
Hours are 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. After training, you can work from home 2-3 days per week. The contract is initially for 2 months with a potential extension.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Internal Recruiter to join our clients team and support a large-scale recruitment drive for their call centre.
Hours - 8.30 am - 5.00 pm Monday - Friday. Once training has been delivered you will be able to work from home 2-3 days per week.
Rate - £15.56 per hour + Holiday Pay.
Contract Length - Initially for 2 months but there may be a chance this could be extended
The main focus of this role will be managing and screening direct applicants who apply for their vacancies. You will be the first point of contact for candidates, assessing their suitability, carrying out initial screening and moving suitable applicants through to the next stage of the recruitment process.
This is a fast-paced role, so you will need to be comfortable managing a high volume of applications while providing candidates with a positive experience throughout the process.
