Job summary

Huntress Maidstone is seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter to support a large-scale call centre recruitment drive. The role focuses on managing high volumes of direct applications, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews, with initial contact as the first point of contact for candidates.

Hours are 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. After training, you can work from home 2-3 days per week. The contract is initially for 2 months with a potential extension.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal recruitment for fast-paced environments.
• Ability to screen large volumes of CVs and applications.
• Strong communication skills for candidate touchpoints and scheduling interviews.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of direct applications for call centre vacancies.
• Review and screen incoming CVs and applications.
• Contact applicants by phone to complete initial screening.
• Assess candidates against agreed role requirements.
• Confirm candidate availability, experience and suitability.
• Provide candidates with information about the role and recruitment process.
• Arrange interviews with suitable candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Keep applicants updated and maintain regular communication.
• Manage candidate records and ensure the recruitment system is kept up to date.
• Track applications and progress to ensure candidates move through the process quickly.
• Identify and resolve any issues that may prevent candidates from progressing.
• Work closely with hiring managers to ensure recruitment requirements are understood.
• Support the team in achieving recruitment and start-date targets.
• Provide a professional and positive candidate experience from application through to offer.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Internal Recruiter to join our clients team and support a large-scale recruitment drive for their call centre.

Hours - 8.30 am - 5.00 pm Monday - Friday. Once training has been delivered you will be able to work from home 2-3 days per week.

Rate - £15.56 per hour + Holiday Pay.

Contract Length - Initially for 2 months but there may be a chance this could be extended

The main focus of this role will be managing and screening direct applicants who apply for their vacancies. You will be the first point of contact for candidates, assessing their suitability, carrying out initial screening and moving suitable applicants through to the next stage of the recruitment process.

This is a fast-paced role, so you will need to be comfortable managing a high volume of applications while providing candidates with a positive experience throughout the process.
