Hastoe Housing Association Limited is seeking a recruitment professional to lead proactive candidate sourcing and build strong talent pipelines. You will partner with hiring managers to understand needs, attract top talent and ensure an exceptional recruitment experience.

The role entails end-to-end recruitment management via ATS, collaboration with HR and a hybrid working pattern with at least one day in the Hampton Wick office.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System.
• Ability to create targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, networks and direct-search techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to organise and prioritise workload.
• Clear communication with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Equity and diversity mindset in recruitment.

Aufgaben

• Act as primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles, create job descriptions and sourcing plans.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, networks and direct-search techniques.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment via the ATS, including outreach, screening, interviews and onboarding.
• Work with HR Manager to improve service delivery and recruitment efficiency.
