Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in packaging manufacturing, merchant or distributor environments preferred.
• Proven ability to manage and grow existing B2B customer accounts.
• Proficiency in preparing accurate quotations and timely follow-ups.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a customer-service focus.
• Able to spot and develop extra sales opportunities within existing accounts.
• Excellent attention to detail for specifications, dimensions and pricing.
• Comfortable working with external sales teams, production and operations.
• Knowledge of corrugated packaging is a major advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing customer accounts, serving as the day-to-day contact.
• Process incoming enquiries and prepare quotations in a timely manner.
• Follow up on quotes and opportunities to secure orders.
• Identify and develop lower-spend accounts to increase value over time.
• Provide daily support to customers, handling queries and orders.
• Collaborate with external sales, production and operations for seamless service.
• Identify additional sales opportunities within existing accounts.
