Job summary

Kite Packaging in Gateshead is recruiting an Internal Account Manager to join our office team as the day-to-day commercial contact for a portfolio of business customers. You will support the Sales team, nurture client relationships and collaborate with external sales to drive growth and service excellence.

You will handle orders, invoicing and quotes, ensuring accurate delivery while maintaining strong supplier relationships and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 2 year’s experience in a B2B Customer Service role.
• Demonstrate strong mathematics and numeracy.
• Be outgoing, positive with excellent telephone communication.

Responsibilities

• Providing high-level support to our Sales team.
• Managing customer accounts and building strong client relationships.
• Input of customer orders and ensuring accurate delivery and invoicing.
• Grow existing business through quoting for new and existing products.
• Interaction with key suppliers to maintain a seamless supply chain.
