Job summary

RS Safety Solutions, part of RS Group, is seeking an Account Development Representative to grow revenue across a 100+ customer portfolio in Melton.

You will engage customers via outbound calls, virtual meetings and emails, build strong relationships with external and corporate stakeholders, and collaborate with other teams to drive growth and retention. The role offers development and progression within Internal Sales and a supportive, diverse team.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development or sales, with ability to engage customers remotely or in person.
• Confident in speaking with customers over the phone and in virtual meetings.
• Driven to achieve sales targets and maintain productive workloads.
• Excellent relationship builder with strong planning and prioritisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop revenue across a portfolio of 100+ customers via outbound calls, emails and virtual meetings.
