Interim Supported Living Team Leader

Up to £200 per day

Step into a pivotal interim role supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. You’ll provide leadership across a supported living service, stabilising the team and embedding good practice.

What you’ll do

You’ll oversee day-to-day service delivery, ensuring compliance with CQC and organisational standards. Leading and supporting staff, you’ll drive consistent, person-centred care while promoting independence and dignity.

You’ll be a visible leader, empowering teams to work collaboratively and confidently while maintaining service stability and improving outcomes.

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience as a Team Leader, Deputy Manager, or similar role in supported living or residential care
  • Sound knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and person-centred support
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
