Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting for an Interim Head of Talent Development in London, offering hybrid working arrangements. You will lead L&D, Recruitment, OD and ED&I, shaping the people strategy and developing leadership capabilities across the organisation.

The role focuses on building an academy for apprentices and graduates, aligning talent initiatives with organisational priorities and ensuring strong succession planning and talent management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading L&D, OD, Recruitment and ED&I initiatives.
• Experience in a regulated environment.
• CIPD qualified, ideally Level 7.

Responsibilities

• Lead L&D, OD, recruitment and ED&I initiatives.
• Develop and deliver talent and development programmes.
• Shape and implement the organisation's people strategy and leadership frameworks.
• Oversee apprenticeship and graduate pathways, including an academy
