Job summary

CMA Recruitment Group is partnering with a well-established multi-site organisation to appoint an interim Senior HR Advisor/HR Business Partner based at the Head Office in Portsmouth. The role focuses on employee relations, policy development, and HR systems improvements within a supportive, inclusive environment.

Key duties include guiding investigations and disciplinary procedures, managing absence and probation, and collaborating with managers to optimise HR processes across sites.

Qualifications

• Experienced HR generalist with CIPD Level 5-7 qualification.
• Proven track record in employee relations, investigations and disciplinary procedures.
• Experience supporting absence management and probation processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on employee relations issues including investigations and disciplinary procedures.
• Support staff absence and probation management to drive engagement and efficient workforce operations.
• Assists in development and implementation of HR policies to enhance organisational effectiveness and staff wellbeing.
• Collaborate with managers to improve HR processes and offer pragmatic HR advice.
• Support HR projects to promote continuous improvement within the organisation.
