Job summary

your Jared is seeking an Interim Senior HR Advisor to join our Sheffield-based client. You will provide HR guidance to managers and employees, handle employee relations, and support recruitment from posting to onboarding. The role is based in Sheffield with free parking and one day per week work-from-home.

You should have strong HR advisory experience, knowledge of employment law, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. CIPD qualification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong HR advisory experience in employee relations and policy management.
• Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a busy environment.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and decision making.
• Property industry experience beneficial but not essential.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Offer professional HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a range of topics.
• Support employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinaries and performance management.
• Assist with recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding new starters.
• Manage HR policies and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
• Analyse HR data to provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
• Coordinate training and development programmes to support employee growth.
• Handle HR administration, including contracts, benefits and payroll queries.
